Discretion
Information is handled through agreed channels and shared only where necessary.
Silent Guards serves a limited number of private clients so that discretion, continuity and direct responsibility remain practical—not merely promised.
Silent Guards is operated by SILENTGUARDS LTD, an active private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 13677232.
The company provides residential security, private family protection and secure mobility for private households in Kensington, Chelsea and selected areas of wider London.
Our size is intentional. We do not aim to become a high-volume guarding agency. The operating model is designed for a small number of long-term private relationships.

Silent Guards was created to offer the judgement and continuity that can be lost inside a high-volume guarding model.
The Founder & Director remains close to each engagement: understanding the household, setting the standard, selecting suitable professionals and remaining accountable when plans change.
This is personal accountability supported by clear systems, so continuity never depends on one individual.
Quiet confidence is created through disciplined details, repeated consistently.
Information is handled through agreed channels and shared only where necessary.
Familiar personnel and structured handovers reduce repeated briefings and unnecessary exposure.
The service supports the household without becoming informal, intrusive or unclear.
The person responsible for the relationship remains close to operational reality.
Routine activity, matters requiring confirmation and matters requiring escalation are treated differently.
Only the information needed at each stage is requested.
Every professional assigned to licensable security duties must hold the appropriate valid SIA licence for the activity performed.
Suitability for private household work also considers relevant experience, identity and employment checks, references, communication, reliability, discretion, professional boundaries and the ability to exercise calm judgement.
Silent Guards does not describe itself as an “SIA-licensed company”. Individual licences and company-level SIA Approved Contractor status are separate matters.
Private security arrangements should not become public case studies without clear permission.
Silent Guards does not publish client identities, addresses, routines, vehicles, schools or operational details. Feedback may be shared only in a form that remains genuine, proportionate and respectful of confidentiality.
