Working hours, locations, communication and relief arrangements are defined before the service begins.
Additional hours, weekends, overnight support, travel and extra residences are agreed separately. Family protection does not imply round-the-clock coverage.
How the engagement is established →Vehicle arrangements
Two clearly defined options.
The proposal identifies the vehicle arrangement and the responsibilities and costs it carries.
Client vehicle
An agreed household vehicle, with authorised-driver use, appropriate insurance and responsibility for maintenance and running costs confirmed before use.
Silent Guards vehicle
Where Silent Guards is to provide a vehicle, its specification, availability, provision and operating costs are set out in the proposal. Vehicle provision is costed separately from personnel and incorporated into the overall proposal.
