Silent Guards asks only for the information needed to respond to a private enquiry. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or add you to a marketing list.
What you choose to share
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, the general area and service of interest, your preferred next contact and a brief message. Please do not include a residential address, access details, children’s information, travel plans or specific vulnerabilities at this stage.
Why we use it
We use these details only to consider and answer your enquiry, arrange a private conversation and, if requested, prepare an appropriate proposal. Our basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries securely.
How it is handled
The message is sent through the website and email services used by Silent Guards to the inbox designated for private enquiries. The website does not create a marketing profile from your enquiry. Service providers may process limited information to host the site, protect it and deliver the message. Where information is handled outside the United Kingdom, we use providers and safeguards intended to meet UK data-protection requirements.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not progress, it is normally deleted within 12 months and may be deleted sooner. If you become a client, relevant information is kept only for as long as the service, record-keeping or other legal requirements make necessary.
Your choices
You may ask us to provide, correct or delete your information, or limit how it is used, where the law gives you that right. You may also object where we rely on legitimate interests.
Questions or concerns
Email enquiries@silentguards.co.uk with “Privacy” in the subject line. If your message concerns how we handled your information, we will acknowledge it within 30 days, consider it carefully and respond without undue delay. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
